Scenic Hill ES Addition features the structural wood and heavy glulam timber framing of a 3,400 SQ FT standalone library building at Scenic Hill Elementary School in Kent, WA. KB Contracting delivered custom glulam roof beam placement, high-clearance wall stud framing, and weather-resistant sheathing under rigid school district safety and schedule standards.

Working in close coordination with general contractors and school district inspectors, our framing crews executed high-angle roof truss setting and precision metal deck attachment while maintaining full containment around active educational grounds.
